Like therapy, but for your body.

What if there was someone who tended to your body the way a good therapist tends to your mind?

My name is Currun Singh, and I'm an osteopath, personal trainer, and massage therapist who is here to help you get to the bottom of your pain and figure out what to do about it, for good.

My story

Over the past twenty years, I've learned how to manage my aches and injuries so I can move through life with more freedom and joy. Because when I feel strong and mobile, I can show up fully for the people and causes that I care about – without burning out or feeling like I'm just holding it all together.

My treatment approach is rooted in years of supporting the holistic rehabilitation of refugees and trauma survivors in conflict zones across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, alongside providing hands-on care in hospitals, GP practices, and community clinics across the US and UK.

From studying Human Behavior at Harvard, to shadowing traditional healers in remote corners of the world, to working as an osteopath in the NHS, I’ve discovered that true healing isn’t about fixing symptoms. It’s about building a whole new relationship with your body – one breath at a time.

Services

What I offer

You wouldn't expect a therapist to heal your inner child, cleanse your chakras, and fix your marriage in a single session, would you?

So why are you still hoping that the occasional massage or a couple of rushed physio appointments will sort out the years of pain and trauma your body's been carrying?

I design bespoke, high-touch treatment programs for people who are ready for real change in their bodies and their lives.

Together, we’ll embark on a journey to address the root causes of your suffering – using a sophisticated blend of hands-on therapy, mindful movement, and psychosocial support.

Conscious touch

We all need safe, affirming touch to thrive – yet many of us are living in bodies that are under-touched, overworked, and long overdue for care. I offer professional, consent-driven bodywork to help you feel held and supported, so your body can begin to let go of tension and stress. This work is "deep tissue" in terms of presence, not pressure. Using rhythmic joint movements, myofascial release, and osteopathic techniques, I'll help you find refuge in your body amidst the chaos of modern life.

Movement repatterning

Your body is brilliant at coping  it adapts to pain by changing how you move and hold yourself. But over time, those changes can become habits that are tough to unlearn. This isn't about "correcting" your posture or achieving nirvana through some kind of yogic alignment. It's about retraining your brain and body to move with greater stability and coordination, using intuitive, feel-good movements that are tailored to the body you actually live in  not the ones on YouTube or Instagram.

Nervous system regulation

You're not "highly sensitive" your nervous system is doing exactly what it evolved to do: keep you safe. But if you're always putting out fires the next deadline, the latest health scare, another family blow-out  when does your system ever get a chance to truly rest? Chronic pain, burnout, and trauma all live in the nervous system. Together, we’ll use gentle, body-based practices that shift you out of fight-or-flight mode and into a state of deep rest and repair.

Breathwork

When practitioners used to tell me to "take a deep breath"  or worse, to "breathe through my diaphragm it used to stress me out. I felt self-conscious, like I was doing something wrong. But your breath isn't something to fix  because you're not broken. Most of us have just been stuck in a low-key state of panic for so long that we've forgotten how natural breathing can feel. And when you start to observe the breath as the bridge between body and mind, it tends to self-regulate  without the need to force or control it.
